Les nostres Bases 2024
* Acceptem curtmetratges de gènere fantàstic, terror, no superior a 15 minuts.
* Els curts presentats hauran d'haver estat realitzats ens el 2022 i 2024.
* Les obres poden ser rodades en qualsevol format però només podran presentar-se en MP4 a través de les plataformes oficials que treballen amb el festival.
* L'obertura del termini de recepció de les obres serà del 01 de Març al 31 d'Agost del el 2024.
* Les obres que no siguin en espanyol o català, hauran de ser subtitulades en aquests idiomes. El material de subtitulat s'haurà de facilitar com a màxim un mes abans de l'inici de festival, en cas contrari, les obres podran ser rebutjades i substituides en el programa final.
* Cada curtmetratge haurà d'anar acompanyat de: -Títol, -Durada, -Any, -Sinopsis, -País i lloc de rodatge, -Idioma, -Director, Actors, -productora, -Cartell i fotograma, -email, -Telèfon , -Direcció
* El festival està obert a tot tipus de realitzadors, siguin professionals o aficionats.
* Les obres seran examinades per l'equip de BaiDeFest per poder participar en aquest Festival, si si s'observés alguna conducta immoral, no seran admeses a concurs.
* Els curts es dividiran en diferents categories i optaran a diferents premis:
-Millor Curt del Festival (Iris d'Or) premi en metàl·lic i Trofeu.
-Millor Curt Fantàstic (Iris Verd) Trofeu.
-Millor Curt de Terror (Iris Vermell) Trofeu.
-Millor Curt d'Animació (Eyemation) Trofeu.
-Millor Curt Friki (Almanegra) Trofeu.
-Al Curt mes Sangant i grotesc (Iris Negre) Diploma.
-Millor Curt Amateur (Little Big Eye) Diploma.
-Premi del Públic. Trofeu.
--Menció honorífica. Diploma i Lot BaiDeFest.
*Els Trofeus es lliuraran el dia de l'entraga de premis, si no poguessin ser recollits aquest mateix al festival, s'enviarà per correu només el trofeu, el premi en metàl'lic i els lots BaiDeFest no s'envien per correu. Si passat un mes no es té notícies del guanyador, el trofeu no serà enviat.
* Les obres seleccionades seran les que optin als premis del concurs i seran exhibides al nostre festival. Aquesta selecció es notificarà per correu electrònic.
* *Les obres poden ser enviades per les plataformes festhome i tindran una taxa d'inscripció entre 1€ i 2€ per cada curtmetratge (depenent de la temporada d'enviament). I les que participin a la marató Geek Shock Cinema, serà gratuïta, ja que només serà Projecció sense concurs.
* Els curtmetratges de producció catalana seleccionats a concurs al Festival BaiDeFest que pertanyin als gèneres de terror o fantàstic optaran, a l'any següent, als 'Premis TAC' als millors curtmetratges catalans de gènere que atorga la Federació d'Entitats Cinèfiles Terror Arreu de Catalunya.
* L'organització del es reserva la possibilitat de fer projeccions en altres festivals, o mostres amb les que s'estableixin col·laboracions. En aquests casos s'informarà que són obres presentades al Festival de Curtmetratges BaiDeFest.
* Els responsables de les obres, que incloguin participació de tercers han de disposar de les autoritzacions corresponents per a la seva exhibició. El festival declina tota responsabilitat respecte als drets d'imatge de les obres.
* La decisió del jurat té caràcter inapel·lable.
* La selecció oficial i els finalistes seran publicats al web ia les nostres xarxes socials dues setmanes abans de l'inici del festival.
* Tots els curtmetratges rebuts s'incorporaran a la videoteca del festival, l'organització es reserva el dret de la utilització parcial o total del material presentat amb la finalitat de promoure el festival i la Federació d'Entitats Cinèfiles Terror Arreu de Catalunya, sempre sense ànim de lucre.
* La inscripció de l'obra implica que s'accepten aquestes bases, l'incompliment d'aquests requisits deixaran fora de concurs el curtmetratge.
Nuestras Bases 2024
*Aceptamos cortometrajes de género fantástico, terror, no superior a 15 minutos.
*Los cortos presentados tendrán que haber sido realizados entre el 2022 y 2024.
*Las obras pueden ser rodadas en cualquier formato pero solo podrán presentarse en MP4 a través de las plataformas oficiales que trabajan con el festival.
*La apertura del plazo de recepción de las obras será del 01 de Marzo al 31 de Agosto del 2024.
*Las obras que no sean en español o catalán, habrán de ser subtituladas en dichos idiomas. El material de subtitulado se deberá facilitar como máximo un mes antes del inicio del festival, en caso contrario, las obras podrán ser rechazadas y substituidas en el programa final.
*Cada cortometraje tendrá que ir acompañado de : -Título, -Duración, -Año, -Sinopsis, -País y lugar de rodaje, -Idioma, -Director, -Actores, -Productora, -Cartel y fotograma, -Email, -Teléfono, -Dirección
*El festival está abierto a todo tipo de realizadores, sean profesionales o aficionados.
*Las obras serán examinadas por el equipo de BaiDeFest para poder participar en dicho Festival, si se observara alguna conducta inmoral, no serán admitidas a concurso.
*Los cortos se dividirán en diferentes categorías y optaran a diferentes premios:
-Mejor Corto del Festival (Iris de Oro) Premio en metálico y Trofeo.
-Mejor Corto Fantástico (Iris Verde) Trofeo.
-Mejor Corto de Terror (Iris Rojo) Trofeo.
-Mejor Corto de Animación (Eyemation) Trofeo.
-Mejor Corto Friki (Almanegra) Trofeo.
-Premio al corto más violento y desagradable (Iris Negro) Diploma.
-Mejor Corto amateur (Little Big Eye) Diploma.
-Premio del Público.
-Mención honorífica. Diploma.
*Los Trofeos se entregarán el día de la ceremonia de premios, si no pudieran ser recogidos ese mismo en el festival, se enviará por correo únicamente el trofeo, el premio en metálico y los lotes BaiDeFest no se envían por correo. Si en un mes no se tiene noticias del ganador, el trofeo no será enviado.
*Las obras seleccionadas serán las que opten a los premios del concurso y serán exhibidas en nuestro festival. Esta selección se notificará por email.
**Las obras pueden ser enviadas por la plataformas festhome y tendrán una tasa de inscripción entre 1€ y 2€ por cada cortometraje, (dependiendo de la temporada de envío). Y las que participen en la marató Geek Shock Cinema, será gratuita, ya que solo serán proyectadas el día de la maratóny no entran en concurso.
*Los cortometrajes de producción catalana seleccionados a concurso en el Festival BaiDeFest que pertenezcan a los géneros de terror o fantástico optarán, al año siguiente, a los 'Premis TAC' a los mejores cortometrajes catalanes de género que otorga la Federació d'Entitats Cinèfiles Terror Arreu de Catalunya.
*La organización se reserva la posibilidad de hacer proyecciones en otros festivales, o muestras con las que se establezcan colaboraciones. En estos casos se informará que son obras presentadas en el Festival de Cortometrajes BaiDeFest.
*Los responsables de las obras, que incluyan participación de terceros deberán disponer de las autorizaciones correspondientes para su exhibición. El festival declina toda responsabilidad respeto a los derechos de imagen de las obras.
*La decisión del jurado tiene carácter inapelable.
*La selección oficial y los finalistas serán publicados en la web y en nuestras redes sociales dos semanas antes del inicio del festival.
*Todos los cortometrajes recibidos se incorporarán a la videoteca del festival, la organización se reserva el derecho de la utilización parcial o total del material presentado con la finalidad de promover el festival y la Federació d'Entitats Cinèfiles Terror Arreu de Catalunya, siempre sin ánimo de lucro.
*La inscripción de la obra implica que se aceptan dichas bases, el incumplimiento de dichos requisitos dejarán fuera de concurso el cortometraje.

Rules & Regulations 2024
* We accept short films of fantastic genre, horror, no more than 15 minutes.
* The shorts presented must have been made between 2022 and 2024.
* The works can be shot in any format but they can only be presented in MP4 through the official platforms that work with the festival.
* The opening of the deadline for receiving the works will be from March 01 to August 31, 2024.
* The works that are not in Spanish or Catalan, will have to be subtitled in those languages. Subtitling material must be provided no later than one month before the start of the festival, otherwise the works may be rejected and replaced.
* Each short film will have to be accompanied by: -Title, -Duration, -A year, -Sinopsis, -Country and shooting location, -Language, -Director, -Actors, -Producer, -Cartel and frame, -Email, -Phone , -Address
* The festival is open to all types of filmmakers, whether professionals or amateurs.
* The works will be examined by the Bai de Fest team to participate in the Festival, if any immoral conduct is observed, they will not be admitted to the contest.
* The shorts will be divided into different categories and choose different prizes:
-Best Short of the Festival (Iris de Oro) prize money, Trophy.
-Best Fantastic Short (Green Iris) Trophy.
-Best Terror Short (Red Iris) Trophy.
-Best Animation Short (Eyemation) Trophy.
-Best Short freak (Almanegra) Trophy.
-Best Short Gore (Black Iris) Diploma.
-Best Amateur Short (Little Big Eye) Diploma
-Public Award. Trophy.
-Honorific mention. Diploma.
*The Trophies will be delivered on the day of the awards ceremony, if they cannot be collected that same at the festival, only the trophy will be mailed, the cash prize and the BaiDeFest lots are not sent by mail. If in a month there is no news of the winner, the trophy will not be sent.
* The selected works will be those that opt ​​for the prizes of the contest and will be exhibited in our festival. This selection will be notified by email.
* The works can be sent by the festhome platform and will have a registration fee between € 1 and € 2 for each short film, (depending on the shipping season). And those who participate in the Geek Shock Cinema marathon will be free, since it is only Screening.
* The Catalan production short films selected for the contest at the BaiDeFest Festival that belong to the genres of horror or fantasy will choose, the following year, the 'Premis TAC' the best Catalan short films of the genre awarded by the Federation of Cinematographic Entities Cinèfiles Terror Arreu de Catalunya.

* The registration of the work implies that these bases are accepted, failure to comply with said requirements will leave the short film out of competition.
